  The mall is great and all, good selection and you can find some great deals. But there's this one custodian who is very rude and gives off a bad vibe, like me and my little brother was chilling waiting for our parents to leave a store and he just kept on staring at us and shaking his head. Also there was a point where we ran into him again and I think he muttered some rude comments.

  No doubt my shopping friends that the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls is a primary destination spot whenever you are in Niagara Falls, on the American side. Inside the Mall there are an incredible number of places to eat and they all have great prices. And the discounts on brand name clothing, shoes, coats, purses, gym ware,…etc. you will be very hard pressed to find anywhere else. When you come to shop, be prepared to stay the whole day because they have that many brand name stores there. You’ll have a shopping spree of a lifetime.

  The outlet isn't what it used to be. There was a time when every car in the parking lot had Ontario plated and parking was tough to find. No more :( No deals to be had - and with USD and CAD difference of 30%, at times final price was equal or more to what can be found in Canada. The stores are trying to get Canadian customers to buy with 'huge' sales. Know your prices and what it is in Canadian dollars and you may not be getting a deal or even paying more.
